End-User License Agreement ("EULA")

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA“) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “you“) and Extension Packs (“Extension Packs“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) for the software product identified as Extension Packs, including all related documentation, materials, updates, and user interface designs (collectively, the “Software“).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install, copy, or use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Extension Packs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on a single device you own or control, solely for personal use, as intended by the Software’s design and functionality.

2. Restrictions and Prohibitions

You shall not, directly or indirectly:

a) Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works or improvements of the Software.
b) Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, or make the Software available to third parties.
c) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the Software’s source code or proprietary algorithms.
d) Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
e) Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property and Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Extension Packs retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software and all associated intellectual property. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

4. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose or use any confidential information embedded in or accessible through the Software except as permitted by this EULA, and you must protect such information from unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Integrations

You may integrate the Software with third-party platforms only if such integrations do not expose or compromise any proprietary components of Extension Packs. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with this EULA.

6. Audit and Monitoring

Extension Packs reserves the right to monitor usage and audit compliance with this EULA to protect its intellectual property, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. Extension Packs may terminate it immediately if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and destroy all copies of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. Extension Packs disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extension Packs shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Updates and Modifications

Extension Packs may update the Software or modify this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. You certify that you will not use, share, or transfer the Software in prohibited jurisdictions or for restricted activities.

13. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Extension Packs regarding the Software.
