These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Extension Packs website (extensionpacks.com), Chrome extensions, related software, services, and any content, features, or applications offered (collectively, the “Product”). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Product.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction) and legally capable of entering into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Product.

2. Software License Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the Extension Packs software or Chrome extensions, you agree to be bound by the Extension Packs End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA applies to all users, including those on the free plan, and governs your rights and obligations regarding the software’s code, design, and functionality.

3. Free Plan

Extension Packs offers a free plan for personal and limited commercial use, subject to these Terms and the EULA. The free plan provides access to select features without requiring a license key. Extension Packs reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time without notice.

4. Product Description and Use

The Product provides browser-based productivity tools and automation features designed to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

You agree to:

• Use the Product only for lawful and authorized purposes.

• Not violate third-party rights, intellectual property, or website policies.

• Not spread malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt system performance.

• Ensure compliance with rules of websites or platforms you interact with using the Product.

You acknowledge that the Product is a tool and you remain responsible for ensuring lawful, ethical, and compliant use.

5. User Accounts and Security

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Protect your login credentials.

• Notify us immediately at support@extensionpacks.com of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious activity.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any data or content submitted into the Product (“User Content”). By using the Product, you grant Extension Packs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store your User Content as required to operate and improve the Product.

You must not upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Product, you consent to these data practices.

The Product may collect anonymized usage analytics to improve service quality.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the Product, including software, logos, trademarks, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Extension Packs or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without written permission.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Extension Packs without obligation or compensation.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Product may integrate with third-party platforms, APIs, or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms. Extension Packs is not responsible for third-party availability, content, or accuracy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Extension Packs does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or security.

Due to the nature of automation and browser extensions, certain limitations or unexpected behaviors may occur — you accept this risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extension Packs and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

You use the Product at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Extension Packs and its team from claims or losses arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of the Product

• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

13. Termination and Suspension

Extension Packs may suspend or terminate access to the Product at any time for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or behaviour harmful to the Product or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Product ends immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

Extension Packs may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of the Product constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
